Transparent pricing
No hidden costs
Hospitals quote package estimates covering surgeon and anaesthetist fees, hospital stay, standard investigations and medication for the expected duration. You see the estimate in writing before you travel, along with what is excluded — extended ICU stay, unplanned procedures or complications.
If a clinical change affects cost, the hospital tells you before proceeding. TreatRoute does not add a surcharge to your treatment bill.
Payment security
You pay the hospital, directly
Treatment payments go to the hospital through their official banking channels, against an invoice in your name. We never ask you to transfer treatment funds to a personal account, and every receipt is documented so you can reconcile what you paid and why.
Post-treatment follow-up

Discharge handover
You leave with a complete discharge summary, imaging and prescriptions, shared digitally with your doctor at home.
Scheduled reviews
Your coordinator books follow-up teleconsultations with the treating specialist at the intervals they recommend.
